Ingredients needed to make potato curry-
Potato 500 grams
Thick sour curd 125 grams
Rock salt 2 teaspoon
cumin seeds ½ teaspoon
Kashmiri red chili 1 tablespoon
refined oil 2 cups water
chestnut flour 70 grams
chili powder ½ teaspoon
curry leaves 6-7

How to make potato curry?
To make a potato curry, first of all, take a deep-bottomed pan.
Then put water and potatoes in it and boil it on medium flame.
After this, when the potatoes become cold, you peel them and mash them.
Then put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
After this, add mashed potatoes, rock salt, water chestnut flour, and chili powder in a big bowl.
Then mix all these things well and make a thick solution.
After this, slow down the flame of the pan with oil.
Then put fried potatoes in the batter in hot oil and cook till it becomes golden and prepare the pakoras.
After this, put oil in another pan and heat it.
Then add curry leaves, Kashmiri red chilies, and cumin seeds and sauté them.
After this, add a little batter and sour curd in a bowl and mix it well.
Then you put this mixture in the pan with salt and mix it.
After this, you cook it well till it comes to a boil.
Then add water as required and mix and cook till it thickens.
After that reduce the flame and add the prepared pakoras and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Now your delicious Falahari Aloo Kadhi is ready.
Then put it in a serving bowl and serve it hot with water chestnut bread or puri.
