Green chilies chopped 200 grams
Rai 2 tbsp
Saunf one and a half teaspoon
Fenugreek 1 tsp
Curd three-fourth cup
Turmeric powder half teaspoon
Sugar half teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
How to make Green Chilli Bharta? (How To Make Hari Mirch Ka Bharta)
To make green chili bharta, first of all, heat a pan.
Then add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, and fenugreek seeds and dry roast them.
After this, when all these things cool down, then grind them in a mixer and make powder.
Then put oil in the pan and keep it for heating.
After that add some mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds and fry them.
Then add chopped green chilies to it and fry till it becomes soft.
Along with this, keep pounding the chilies while roasting so that they remain slightly coarse.
Then add turmeric powder to it and cook for about 30 seconds.
After this, add curd, salt, and sugar to it and mix.
Then add the roasted powder of fennel, mustard, and fenugreek to it and mix.
