Ingredients required to make ragi dosa-

Ragi flour 1 cup

Semolina 1 cup

Rice flour ½ cup

Curd ½ cup

Ginger 1 inch (finely chopped)

Green chili 1 (finely chopped)

Curry leaves 5-6 (chopped)

Coriander 2 tbsp (finely chopped)

Onion 1 (finely chopped)

Cumin 1 tsp

Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)

Salt 1 tsp

Water 3½ cups

Oil

How to make ragi dosa?

To make ragi dosa, first of all, take a big mixing bowl.

Then add 1 cup ragi, semolina, and rice flour and mix it well.

After this, add curd, ginger, green chilies, curry leaves, coriander, onion, cumin, black pepper, and salt.

Then add water as required and make batter for dosa.

After this, you keep this batter set for about 15-20 minutes.

Then adjust the consistency by adding water as required.

After this, take a non-stick griddle and keep it for heating.

Then put a bowl of batter on it and spread it around.

After this, put a little oil on top of it and bake it well from both sides.
