Essential ingredients for making Paan-Gulkand syrup-

10 betel leaves

4 tbsp gulkand

4 cups cold milk

7-8 almonds

7-8 pistachios

2 tbsp honey

1/2 cup ice cubes

How to make Paan-Gulkand Sharbat?

To make Paan-Gulkand Sharbat, first of all, take betel leaves.

Then put them in water for a while and wash them thoroughly.

After this, break the stalk behind its leaves and cut the leaves into pieces.

Then put the leaves in a mixer jar and grind them to make a paste.

If you want, you can also put 1-2 tbsp of water in the jar.

Then take out the prepared paste in a bowl and keep it separately.

After this, take dry fruits (almonds, pistachios) and cut them into fine pieces.

Then you put the paste of betel leaves in a vessel.

After this, add 4 cups of cold milk to this paste and mix it well.

Then you add Gulkand, honey, and finely chopped dry fruits and mix them.

After this, stir it for some time and keep it in the fridge.

Now your chilled Paan-Gulkand Sharbat is ready.

Then pour the sherbet into a serving glass and serve after adding ice cubes on top.
