Ingredients required to make Idli Chaat-
1 cup rava (semolina)
1 cup curd
8-10 cashew nuts
2 green chilies chopped
8-10 curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp chana dal
1 pinch of baking soda
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

For Chutney
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp tomato chopped
2 tbsp green chutney
1 cup curd spiced
2 tbsp tamarind chutney
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup sev

How to make Idli Chaat? (How To Make Idli Chaat)
To make Idli Chaat, first of all, take Rava in a vessel.
Then add curd to it and mix both well.
After this, add salt as per taste to this mixture and mix it well.
Then you keep this mixture aside for about half an hour.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
Then add mustard seeds, finely chopped green chilies, and curry leaves and fry for a few seconds.
After this, add cashew nuts and fry them till they become golden.
Then add the prepared ingredients to the idli batter and mix well.


After this, add some water to it and whisk it well.
Then add 1 pinch of baking soda to it and mix it.
After this, grease the idli pot mold with some oil/ghee.
Then pour the idli batter into the mold and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
After this, take out the prepared idli in a bowl and keep it.
Then put some oil in a pan and heat it.
After this, add mustard seeds, gram dal, red chili powder, and curry leaves and fry them.
Then cut each idli into at least four to five pieces and put them in the pan.
After this, mix these pieces well with the spices.
Then after cooking it for a while, turn off the gas.
After this, put the idli pieces on a serving plate.
Then you put curd, green chutney, tamarind chutney, finely chopped onions, and tomatoes on top of it.
After this, you put curd again on top of it.
Now your spicy idli chaat is ready.
Then garnish it with pomegranate and serve it garnished with sev.
