Eat yogurt
Curd contains probiotics i.e. good bacteria which help in keeping our gut healthy. Yoghurt can help in getting rid of the problem of loose motion by fighting the bad bacteria that cause loose motion. Until the stomach is completely cured, eat 1 bowl of plain curd 2 times a day. If you want, you can add a pinch of salt or black pepper to the curd but do not add anything else. The best way to cure loose motion is 1 bowl of plain curd. If you want, you can also drink buttermilk because it is also made from curd.

Salt and sugar solution
