Constipation will be cured by eating dates
According to dietitian Ayushi Yadav, if you want to get relief from constipation or are trying to avoid it, then eat dates regularly, this fruit is considered more nutritious than it is sweet. This not only relieves stomach problems but also provides instant energy to the body. Plenty of fiber is found in dates, which improves the digestive system. You can eat soaked dates, it produce a laxative effect which is the enemy of constipation.

Avoid consuming these things
Dietician Ayushi Yadav said that to avoid constipation, we not only have to eat healthy foods but also avoid eating many unhealthy food items. Let us know what those things are

1. Fried things
Fried foods contain excessive saturated fats which create problems for the stomach and intestines because their digestion is not easy and it causes constipation.

2. Processed Foods
In the present times, the trend of processed foods has increased, but their consumption is not good for the stomach. It contains excessive salt, sugar, and preservatives which cause many problems to the stomach.

3. Alcohol consumption
Consuming too much alcohol can damage the lining of the gut, increasing endotoxin production and potentially causing problems like acid reflux, poor digestion, and bacterial overgrowth.
