Eugenol present in cloves should be consumed within a limit otherwise headache, dizziness, and weakness may occur. If you already have this problem then eating cloves will become even more dangerous.
2. Mouth ulcers
If you have mouth ulcers, you will not be able to enjoy your favorite food, eating too many cloves can cause this disease. In such a situation, symptoms of pain, swelling, and bleeding in the mouth arise.
3. Problem of indexation
People who do not control their consumption of cloves may suffer from many stomach-related problems. It promotes constipation, indigestion, stomach ache, diarrhea, and vomiting, so it is important to control yourself.
