Ingredients required

  • 1 glass water
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1 crushed green cardamom
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 5 mint leaves

You boil it for three minutes and then filter it and drink it sip by sip. Do not drink it too hot, you can drink lukewarm tea. This will give a lot of relief to the problem of headaches.
