Cholesterol Lowering Drinks
People who have high cholesterol problems should not eat oily fast food or junk food at all. Instead, fiber intake should be increased. Today we are talking about some such super drinks, drinking which will get rid of the problems of bad cholesterol.
1. Tomato Juice
It is advisable to eat tomatoes in summer because it has high water content. It is a rich source of antioxidants called lycopene which protects cells from damage. The fiber present in it reduces high cholesterol. Therefore drink tomato juice regularly.
2. Soy Milk
Soy milk is very beneficial for health because it can manage cholesterol levels. It must be included in the daily diet.
4. Oats Milk
Eat Oats Milk for breakfast, it helps in reducing high cholesterol levels. The beta-glucan element present in it, along with seven bile salts, forms a gel-like layer in the intestines, which facilitates the absorption of cholesterol.
5. Green Tea
Catechin and epigallocatechin gallate are found in green tea and it is rich in antioxidant properties. One must drink it twice a day because doing so can reduce the amount of bad cholesterol in the body.
