If you like eating chutney in food, then this recipe can be tried to reduce cholesterol.

Ingredients required-

  • 50 grams coriander
  • 20 grams mint
  • Green chilli (as per taste)
  • 20 grams garlic
  • 15 grams flax seed oil
  • 15 grams isabgol
  • salt (to taste)
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • water as needed

Put all these ingredients in a blender, blend well and make a fine paste.

Benefits of Coriander and Mint

Chlorophyll remains in a lot in both these things and both these herbs are easily available in the Indian kitchen. Along with this, the level of digestion and cholesterol can also be reduced. The amount of fibre in them is also very high.
