How to make gourd juice
First arrange two gourds, lemon juice, mint leaves, and cumin seeds. After this wash the gourd thoroughly with water. Now peel the bottle gourd and cut it into small pieces and put them in a blender. Now add one spoon of cumin and 15 to 20 mint leaves and mix it.

Blend everything well. Now add a cup of water to it as well. Blend it again for three to four minutes. Your bottle gourd juice is ready. Now filter it and take it out in a clean vessel. Add salt and lemon juice as per taste. Consume it regularly on an empty stomach in the morning.
