Stay away from heat
Being in the heat sometimes makes you more tired and thirsty. Chhath fast is kept without water. In such a situation, stay in a cool place, so that you do not feel too hot and do not feel like drinking water.
Keep checking sugar
If you have diabetes, then this is the most important point. You have to keep checking sugar from time to time. This will reduce the risk of your health deteriorating. Many times it happens that the sugar becomes low or high and we are not able to know about it. In such a situation, keep checking it in between.
Do yoga
Keep doing yoga and meditation during Nirjala fast. If you want, you can also do light exercise. This will also give you relief and exercise keeps the body's energy intact.
