In summer, mango can be consumed by making a salad, shake, or thandai. Sometimes you must have heard 'Khatta-Meetha Aam Papad'. To make sweet and sour mango papad, one cup of mango pulp, three tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, three drops of lemon juice, and half a cup of water are required.

To make Aam ka Papad, first of all, soak the mangoes in water for about 1 hour. After this, peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. Now mix mango pulp, water, and other ingredients in a pan and cook. After the mixture thickens, turn off the gas.

Now immediately take out the mixture in a tray and spread it well. Now cover the tray with a cloth and keep it in the sun to dry. On this side, your favorite mango papad is ready. Now enjoy it yourself and feed it to others. Serve it mixed with black salt.
