9 cases of this virus have been reported in Gujarat, out of which 3 cases are of people coming from other states. One case of this virus has also been reported in Rajasthan. There have been 6 deaths in Gujarat, but it has not been confirmed yet that the Chandipura virus is the cause of these deaths.
