Material :
1 cup chana dal, 1 cup onion, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, 2-3 tbsp oil

Method :
First of all soak chana dal for 3-4 hours.

Then wash it well and grind it in a jar.

Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to the chana dal paste.

Mix it well.

Now take chopped onion, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl.

Add chana dal paste to it.

Now heat oil in a pan, deep fry the vadas and serve hot.
