Various types of sweets are available in the market, the sight of which makes the mouth water. Bengali sweets have a special place among sweets. These are quite juicy. Chamcham's temperament is also similar. It seems as if sweetness is mixed in its name itself. Today we will tell you how to make Bengal's special sweet dish Chamcham.

Ingredients
Chhaina - 1 big cup
Flour – 1/2 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 to 1 cup
4 cups water for syrup

For Chamcham Feeling
Khoya – 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar – 1 tablespoon
Milk – 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/8 tsp
Saffron threads - 1/8 tsp
Milk powder – 2 tbsp
2 tbsp finely chopped almonds and pistachios for garnishing

Recipe
- First of all, take chenna and flour in a vessel and mix it well. Then add little water and knead the dough.

Then cut this dough into small pieces and give them oval shape.

Now add 4 cups of water and sugar together in a pan. Let it boil on low flame for about 10 minutes. Gradually the syrup will be ready.

- Now gently put the oval shaped Chamcham in the syrup and let it cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.

- Take out the cooked Chamcham on a plate and cool it.

- Mix mashed khoya, sugar, milk powder, cardamom powder and saffron milk in a pan and mix them.

- Cut the cooled Chamcham in the middle with a knife, then fill khoya in all the Chamchams one by one.

Garnish the prepared Chamcham with finely chopped almonds and pistachios. Then leave it to cool or if you want, you can also keep it in the refrigerator.

Now take out the cooled Chamcham in a plate and serve.
