Chaitra Navratri 2023: Chaitra Navratri is starting tomorrow i.e. 22 March. Devotees keep a fast for the whole nine days to please Maa Durga and to fulfill their desired wishes. It is considered very important to follow the rules and restraint in this fast. If you are also thinking of keeping a fast for nine days this time, then along with worship and recitation, you will have to take a lot of care about food, otherwise, there will be a feeling of weakness and tiredness during the fast, due to which your fast may not be completed... So to stay healthy, energetic, and active during the fast, eat little but eat well. Use only a limited amount of fried things. Sago pudding
To make sago kheer, first of all, wash 1 cup of sago and soak it for 1 hour.

Now put milk in a utensil and keep it on the gas for boiling.

Then put the sago in it. Kheer has to be cooked while stirring continuously. When the milk starts to thicken a bit, add sugar, cardamom powder, and dry fruits to it and then cook it well for about 10 more minutes.

After this, remove the kheer from the flame and keep it cool down. Sprinkle dry fruits on top before serving.

Raw Banana Fritters
First, peel the raw bananas and cut them into small pieces.

Add red chili powder, gram flour, coriander powder, salt, asafoetida, and cumin powder to the bowl and mix it dry, then prepare a thick solution by adding water to it.

Put the pan on the gas for heating, after that add oil to it.

As soon as the oil gets hot. Dip the bananas in the gram flour solution and put them in the oil. Fry them till they turn golden.

Ready to eat Banana Pakodas.

Falahari Dahi Bhalla
First, grate the paneer. Add potatoes, cashews, raisins, green chilies, ginger and rock salt to it.

Make small balls out of it.

Now make water chestnut flour solution.

Dip the prepared vadas in this solution and fry them in hot ghee till they become golden.
