Ingredients required to make tea thandai
White pepper 7 crushed
Tea bag 1
Almonds 1/4 cup coarsely ground
Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
Saunf 1 tsp coarsely ground


Cardamom 1/2 tsp ground
Sugar 1 tbsp
Pinch of saffron

To make tea thandai, you first heat water in a pan.
Then you put a tea bag or loose tea leaves in it and heat it.
After this, add almonds, poppy seeds, fennel, sugar, and cardamom to it.
Then mix it well and cook for a few minutes.
After this add black pepper as per taste and mix.
Then you turn off the gas and leave it to cool down for a while.
After this, keep it in the fridge for about 30-40 minutes and cool it.
