Use celery in these 4 ways
1. Fenugreek, nigella, and celery
Dry roast a handful of fenugreek seeds, carom seeds, and nigella seeds.
Grind it well make a fine powder and store it in an air-tight container.
Consume 1 teaspoon of powder with a glass of warm water before sleeping at night.
Regular consumption of this powder will help you burn fat.
2. Water and celery
Dry some celery add it to boiling water and mix well.
When the color changes, filter it and drink.
Consume it daily and your weight will be controlled.
3. Honey and celery
To reduce body fat, consume honey and celery.
First of all, soak 25 grams of parsley in 250 ml of water overnight.
Next morning, filter the water add 1 teaspoon of honey in it, and drink it.
Continue this for at least three months and you will lose weight rapidly.
4. Fennel and celery
Consume fennel and celery for weight loss.
For this, take 1 teaspoon celery and 1 teaspoon fennel.
Boil both of these in 4 cups of water.
