For this, first of all, you have to go to the official website of UIDAI, uidai.gov.in.
Step 2
After visiting the official website, you have to select your language here.
Then you have to go to the section 'My Aadhaar'
Here you have to click on the option 'Aadhaar Authentication History'

After this enter your Aadhaar number
Then you will see the captcha code on the screen, fill it also.
Now click on the OTP verification option
Then an OTP will come on the mobile number linked to the Aadhar card.
Step 4
After this fill the OTP and then a tab will open in front of you.
Here you have to fill in the date when you want to check the history.
After doing this, you will be able to check where your Aadhar card has been used and you can also download this information.
