To make Caramel Kheer, first heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped dry fruits to it and fry till it becomes golden. Fry for about two minutes and take it out in a bowl. You add milk to it and let it heat up. Add 2-3 green cardamom powder and turmeric to it. Then add soaked rice and cook till it thickens while stirring continuously. Then take another tray of caramels. Then add sugar and a teaspoon of water to it and mix.

Turn on the medium gas. Cook, stirring continuously, until the color of the sugar changes. Add two to three spoons of water to it and mix. Boil for 1 minute and turn off the gas. Ready caramel is mixed well on the cooking stove. Boil for at least 4-5 minutes and turn off the gas.

Now your delicious Caramel Kheer is ready. Then garnish with roasted dry fruits and serve chilled.
