Disadvantages of call forwarding
Through the call forwarding feature, messages, and calls coming to your number can be forwarded to any other number. Scammers call people and say that they are talking to their telecom company. They also say that the company has noticed that there is a network problem with your number.

To overcome this dial a number and this USSD number is for call forwarding. After entering the USSD code, all the messages and calls are forwarded to the scammer's phone, after which they can drain your bank account by asking for OTP and can also take access to the social media account. By forwarding calls, other SIM cards can also be issued in your name and number.
