Almond

According to our health experts, apart from Vitamin E, almonds are also a great source of calcium. Therefore you can consume it as an alternative to milk. If it is possible for you to extract milk from almonds then consume its milk, otherwise leave the almonds soaked in water overnight and chew those soaked almonds in the morning. With this, you will be saved to a great extent from the harm caused by the consumption of almonds and will also get a supply of calcium.

Soy milk

Nowadays, the use of soy milk has become quite popular as an alternative to calcium. Calcium is also found in abundance in soy milk, hence people prefer to take it instead of milk. Consumption of soy milk is very beneficial especially for children and women, because along with calcium, iron and fiber are also found in abundance in it.

Broccoli

Calcium is found in abundance in broccoli along with Vitamin E and Vitamin A, hence you can fulfill the calcium requirement by including it in your daily diet. Some people do not like to drink milk, but they like to eat curd. Such people can also supply calcium to the body through the consumption of curd. To supply calcium, consuming lassi, raita or other things made from curd can be beneficial.
