Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is trying his best to provide employment to the youth and to make the products of the state recognized at the global level. In such a situation, under the Uttar Pradesh Textiles and Garmenting Policy-2022, the Yogi government will give a grant of up to Rs 12 crore for opening khadi chain outlets in the state, other states of the country and abroad, to recognize khadi garments as a brand.
Registration will be done to create an online marketing company
The Yogi government will give a grant of 75 percent or a maximum of Rs 50 lakh per company to the youth of the state to organize and form an online marketing company for the sale of clothes, from registration to starting it. In all these, preference will be given to the children of the weavers of the state.
Yogi government will give a grant
In the new garmenting policy of the Yogi government, a provision has been made that if the youth of the state open chain outlets of Khadi clothes through a marketing company, they will be given a grant. A grant of 2 crores will be given for opening 50 chain outlets in the state or outside the state.
For this, the outlet should have sold 4 crores per year for three years. On the other hand, a grant of 4 crores will be given for opening 100 chain outlets in the state or other states of the country. For this, the outlet should have sold 8 crores per year in three years.
Preparation to open 200 outlets
A grant of Rs 8 crore will be given for opening 200 outlets in the state or outside the state. For this, the outlet should have sold 16 crores per year for three years. At the same time, it will give a grant of 10 crores for opening 500 outlets. Not only this, an additional grant of Rs 2 crore will be given by the company for opening 80 percent of the total outlets outside the state and 25 outlets abroad.
Yogi government will also organize a fashion show
In the new textile policy, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made a provision to grant up to 75 percent subsidy on the expenses involved in the registration of a new export house for Khadi garments in the state or in starting a company.
Along with this, 75 percent of the project cost or a maximum grant of Rs 20 lakh will be given to its infrastructure. The Yogi government has decided to organize two buyer-seller meets in a year to promote the export of garments produced in the state. Buyer-seller meets will be organized in the western and eastern regions of the state.
50% grant of 10 lakhs per buyer seller meat expenditure
The government will spend a maximum of Rs 20 lakh per buyer-seller meet for its organization. On the other hand, if an organization related to exports conducts a buyer-seller meet at its level, then the government will give a grant of 50 percent of the total cost or a maximum of Rs 10 lakh per buyer-seller meet. The government will also organize fashion shows in two big metros of the state for the export, marketing, and promotion of the state's textiles. For this, an amount of Rs 20 lakh will be spent per fashion show.
