Recipe
Onion – 4-5 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 2-3 (chopped)
Cheese slices – 4-5
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Oil – 3 tbsp
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Burger Buns – 4-5
Butter – 3 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Coriander – 2 cups
Cucumber – 1/2 (chopped)
Potatoes – 3-4 (boiled)
Carrot – 3 (chopped)
Peas – 1 cup (peeled)
Corn - 1/2 cup

Recipe
1. First of all, put peas, carrots, and sweet corn in a pressure cooker and give it a whistle.
2. Then take out these boiled vegetables in a bowl.
3. Now add onion, tomato, lemon juice, garam masala, salt and ginger-garlic paste.
4. Take out the potatoes in a bowl and mash them well. Then add lemon juice and make small patties.
5. Then heat oil in a pan. Dip the prepared patties in bread crumbs and fry in oil until brown.
6. Now make half a burger and add butter to it. Then add onion, cucumber, and tomato.
7. After this, put the prepared vegetable patty in the burger and also add pieces of cheese to it.
8. Now close the burger with another bun and serve it with tomato sauce.
9. Your delicious burger is ready. Serve to children by adding ketchup.
