Ingredients for making Methi Puri
Fenugreek seeds
Flour
Gram flour
Semolina
Salt
Celery
Oil

Method
To make Puri, first, sift the wheat flour in a bowl. After this, mix semolina and gram flour in it. After mixing it well, add Kasoori Methi, salt, and celery. After this, add some oil to it and knead the dough. After kneading the dough, leave it like this for some time.
After some time, make small balls from this dough and then roll it thinly and fry it in hot oil until it becomes crisp. Bake all the puris well one by one and keep them aside.

Ingredients for making dry potato curry
Boiled potatoes
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala
Salt
Coriander leaves
Green chilly
Oil

Method
To make this spicy vegetable, first cut the potatoes into half-inch pieces. After this, heat oil in a pan, add green chilies and fry it. Now after frying chillies, add turmeric, cumin, garam masala, and coriander powder and fry. After the masala is ready, add boiled potatoes to it and mix it properly with the help of a spoon.
Take care that these potatoes do not stick to the pan. Now finally add salt as per taste and then after cooking for some time, turn off the gas. After turning off the gas, add coriander leaves to the potatoes to decorate it and mix properly.
Now your potato curry and puris are ready. Try to serve the puri hot. Don't forget to serve tea with it for breakfast. Tea will further enhance its taste.
