Hair loss is one of the symptoms of PCOD. This is mostly due to an excess of androgenic hormones which is common in women suffering from PCOD, which can lead to acne, thinning hair and hair loss as well as brittle hair that breaks easily and becomes dry and brittle. Damage can happen.

Hormone imbalance can lead to androgenic alopecia or male pattern baldness, which may have the following characteristics-

  • The hair mainly falls forward on the scalp.
  • The hair of the parting area becomes very thin.
  • Hair begins to recede above the hairline.

To solve the problem, first of all, it is necessary to balance the level of hormones.

There are other factors as well that can cause hair loss:

  • exposure to extreme temperatures
  • chronic infections and diseases
  • taking certain medications
  • anaemia
  • lack of vitamins and trace elements
  • Tension

However, there are treatments available for hair loss due to PCOS. Traditional over-the-counter remedies such as special shampoos, hair products, and vitamins aimed at skin, hair, and nail health are all good. But today we are telling you about such a homemade oil which can help you in avoiding the problem.

Rosemary oil

This oil encourages hair growth by improving blood circulation, anti-inflammatory properties and promoting nerve growth.

Like peppermint essential oil, rosemary essential oil boosts circulation. As a result, it can prevent hair follicles from being deprived of blood supply, dying and leading to hair loss.

In addition to stimulating hair growth, rosemary essential oil is used to prevent premature greying of hair and dandruff. It can also help with a dry or itchy scalp.

Pumpkin seed oil

Pumpkin seed oil is a plant-based oil that has hair-nourishing properties. Pumpkin seed oil benefits for hair can be attributed to its rich phytosterol and nutrient composition. Using this plant-based oil helps in preventing hair fall and promotes hair growth.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil can improve the health and condition of your hair. It works by helping to prevent the loss of proteins in your hair. It is beneficial to apply it to the hair before and after washing. Coconut oil is one of the most versatile health and beauty products.

Coconut oil can have many benefits for your hair and scalp. Using it as a hair mask and leave-in treatment can help moisturize and seal hair.

Women troubled by falling hair can use it. But, before using it, do a patch test once.
