How to make tikki
To make sago tikki, first of all, take sago and keep it soak for about 4-5 hours. When the sago becomes soft, put it in a sieve and drain it. When the water drains well from the sago, we will shift it into a big bowl. After this, the potatoes will be boiled. After boiling the potatoes well, remove their skins, mash them and put them in a bowl and mix the sago and potatoes well. Now roast the peanuts. After this, crush them well and mix them in the sago-potato mixture. Now add grated ginger, chopped coriander, green chilies, cumin powder, dried mango powder, and salt as per taste to this mixture and mix them all. After this, keep a little of this mixture on the palms, make tikkis out of it, and keep it separately on a plate.

After making all the tikkis, take a nonstick pan/tawa and keep it for heating. Now put some oil on the griddle and spread it all around and roast the tikkis on it. Flipping the tikkis on both sides, apply a little oil. When the Sabudana Tikkis become golden and crispy from both sides, take them out on a plate. Similarly roast all the tikkis. If you want, you can also deep fry the Sabudana Tikki. Now you can serve this tasty Sabudana Tikki with tomato sauce or chutney.
