How to make Dal Paratha
To make Tasty Dal Paratha in the morning breakfast, first, take a utensil to knead the dough. Now put flour in it and make a little space in the middle and put one cup of dal left over from the night. After this, mix the flour with the lentils well. Then add finely chopped green chilies, green coriander leaves, cumin seeds, one spoon of oil, and salt as per taste and mix it well. If required, add a little water and knead the dough.

After kneading the dough, keep it aside for about half an hour to set. After the fixed time, take the dough and knead it again. Now heat a nonstick pan/tawa on medium heat. Meanwhile, break equal proportion balls of the dough and take one ball and roll it into a round paratha. After the tawa is hot, pour one spoon of oil on it and spread it all around.

Now put the rolled paratha in the pan and roast it for some time. After this, pour oil on the edges of the paratha and let the paratha turn over and roast. After some time, apply oil on the upper surface of the paratha and then turn it over. Now roast the paratha until it becomes crispy and golden from both sides. After this, take out the Dal Paratha on a plate. Similarly, roast all the dal parathas. Tasty Dal Paratha is ready for breakfast. It can be served with curd, sauce, or chutney.
