Ingredients to make Aloo Masala Sandwich
Ghee or butter two to three teaspoons
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- one onion finely chopped
- one finely chopped chili
- 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
- half teaspoon black pepper
- half a teaspoon red chili powder
Half a teaspoon of amchur powder
- salt as per taste
- three boiled potatoes
Coriander leaves one to two teaspoons
-6 slices bread

Filling Method
First of all, put a pan on the gas and when it gets hot, put butter or ghee in it. Now add onion, green chili, cumin, garlic ginger paste and fry it. After roasting, add black pepper, red chili powder, mango powder, salt and mix. When it gets cooked a little, put the boiled potato in it after breaking it and stir it. Now let it cook well for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves in the end, mix well, and turn off the gas.

Make a sandwich like this
Now take a slice of bread and apply butter on its inner side. Now fill the potato filling in it properly and cover it by pressing it with the other bread. You can add green chutney or ketchup to it according to your taste. Now fill all the bread in the same way. Now turn on the grill pan and apply butter or ghee to it. Now bake all the sandwiches one by one on it. The delicious sandwich is ready.
