Here's a simple recipe to make bread rolls for a delicious breakfast:

Ingredients:

6 slices of bread

1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes

1/4 cup finely chopped onions

1/4 cup finely chopped carrots

1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum (bell pepper)

1/4 cup boiled green peas

2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)

1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

1/2 teaspoon garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, chopped onions, carrots, capsicum, boiled green peas, green chilies (if using), ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Take a slice of bread and trim off the crusts if desired. Using a rolling pin, flatten the bread slice to remove any air pockets and make it more pliable.

Place about 2 tablespoons of the potato and vegetable mixture onto one end of the bread slice.

Roll the bread tightly, enclosing the filling, and press the edges gently to seal. Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices and filling.

Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai over medium heat for shallow frying.

Once the oil is hot, carefully place the bread rolls into the oil, seam side down. Fry them until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Remove the bread rolls from the oil and drain them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Serve the crispy bread rolls hot with ketchup, chutney, or a dip of your choice.
