By Jitendra Jangid- Friends, broom is used for cleaning in all our houses, but if we talk about Hinduism, then broom is related to Goddess Lakshmi, who is the goddess of wealth and prosperity. To get her blessings and maintain a positive atmosphere in our homes, it is important to follow some guidelines regarding the use and location of the broom. Let's know where the broom should not be kept in the house-

Where to keep the broom:

Hidden: Always keep the broom away from sight. It is advisable to keep it in a corner, cupboard or under the stairs to maintain positive energy in the house.

Vertical position: It is auspicious to keep the broom standing upright, as it symbolizes stability and invites positivity.

Where not to keep the broom:

Avoid temples: Never keep the broom near a temple or sacred area, as it is considered inauspicious.

Don't keep it at the entrance: Keeping the broom in front of the door can create a Vastu defect, bringing negativity into the house.

Time of use:

Day time only: Avoid using the broom at night or after sunset, as it disrespects Goddess Lakshmi and may attract misfortune.
