Material :
1 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp grated carrot, 2 tsp chopped cabbage, 2 tsp capsicum, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 finely chopped green chili, 1-inch grated ginger, salt as per taste, 1 bowl wheat flour, 1 ½ cup gram flour, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp ajwain, ½ tsp chili flakes, ½ tsp turmeric powder
Method :
-Mix all the things well.
-Now add water little by little and knead the dough. Put 1/2 teaspoon oil in the flour, so that it will not stick to the hands while kneading the dough and the parathas also become crispy.
-Now make thick balls of this dough so that they will not break while rolling.
- They have to be rolled with light hands.
-Bake these parathas on the griddle till they become golden.
- Serve with green chutney and curd.
