  • Egg Bhurji with Vegetables and Toast

Take whole fruits instead of fruit juices.

If you also send your child to school with canned orange juice or take vegetables and fruit juices at home for breakfast, then this is not the right option for breakfast. The amount of fibre in it decreases. Whole fruits are very high in fibre. It prevents sugar absorption in our bodies. It also contains a lot of vitamins and minerals.
