Material
Paneer - 300 grams
Fenugreek seeds - 3 tbsp
Green chilli - 1
Rice – 5 cups
Refined oil – 1 cup
Green Coriander – 1 cup
Onion - 2
Urad dal - 3 cups
salt to taste
Method
1. First of all, soak the rice and urad dal for 5-6 hours.
2. Soak fenugreek seeds in a vessel.
3. When all three ingredients are thoroughly soaked, prepare a paste of all these things.
4. Add salt to the paste. Mix salt and keep the paste for 8-9 hours.
5. After this, grate the cheese chop the onion, and keep it in a vessel.
6. Then add cheese, onion, coriander and green chilies.
7. Spread the prepared lentil paste in a pan.
8. Apply oil on the edges of the paste. Add the prepared mixture of cheese.
9. Cook the dosa until it turns brown on both sides.
10. When the dosa becomes brown from both sides, take it out in a vessel.
11. Your dosa is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
