Ingredients needed to make Amchoor Chutney-
1/4 cup dried mango powder
1/4 cup jaggery
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp black salt
1 tbsp watermelon seeds
White salt to taste
Water as needed

How to make Amchoor Chutney?
To make Amchoor Chutney, first of all, take a bowl.
Then add dried mango powder, red chili powder, black salt, and white salt as per taste.
After this, mix them well and take a cup of water.
Then, add water slowly to the mixture, mix it with the help of a spoon, and prepare the batter.
After this, put jaggery and water in a pan and keep it on medium flame.
Then when the jaggery melts, add the prepared mixture of dried mango powder to it and mix.
After this, when the solution starts boiling, add roasted cumin powder and crushed fennel to it.
Then mix it and boil the chutney for about 3 to 4 minutes.


After this, when the chutney becomes thick after cooking, add watermelon seeds to it and mix.
Now your tasty mango chutney is ready.
