Whenever you use a body scrub, you must first wash the body. Also, use a body scrub only when your skin is damp. Body scrubs on dry skin can be too harsh and damage your skin.

Avoid Thick Scrub

The skin of the body is indeed thicker than that of the face. That's why some women use thick scrubs to clean them. But you should avoid doing so. Note that whenever you exfoliate the body, use a mild scrub only. It is gentle on the skin and cleanses it deeply.

Do not massage too much

Most women make a mistake while using a body scrub and that is to apply the scrub on the skin and use it by rubbing it too much. Women think that by doing this the same skin will be cleaned in a better way, while in fact by doing so their skin becomes more sensitive.
