Bitter gourd is such a vegetable that not only children but also adults shy away from eating, but this vegetable is very beneficial for health. So other than vegetables, this time try to pickle bitter gourd.

Material :
500 grams bitter gourd, 200 grams carb, 15 grams ground red chili, 10 grams fennel coarse, 6 grams turmeric, 40 grams salt, 10 grams ground garam masala, 15 grams mustard seeds, 10 grams fenugreek seeds coarse, 6 grams celery, 5 grams black salt, 1 big pinch asafoetida, mustard oil

Method :
- Peel the curry and grate it.

Peel the bitter gourd and cut it lengthwise in the middle apply one tablespoon salt inside and outside and keep it for about 1/2 hour and then wash it and keep it on a sieve.

After 10-15 minutes, when the water drains completely, spread them on a cloth.

After 10 minutes, wipe it and give it in the microwave for 5 minutes on high or cook it with a whistle in the cooker to soften it.

Heat 100 ml mustard oil and cool it.

When it becomes lukewarm, put all the spices and grated curry in it and burn it on the gas.

When the spices cool down, fill them in bitter gourds and fill these bitter gourds in a jar and keep them in the sun.

On the third day heat some mustard oil and cool it and add it too bitter gourds.

The oil should be so much that the bitter gourd gets immersed in it.

Show sunshine for two days. This pickle becomes edible in 5-6 days.
