Bhindi - 1/2 kg
Curd - 1 cup
Gram flour - 2 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp

For tempering
Cumin - 1/4 tsp
Whole red chili - 2
Desi ghee - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1-inch piece

Bhindi Kadhi Recipe
First of all, take curd in a big pot or pan. After this add gram flour to the curd and mix both of them well. Now add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt as per taste to this mixture and mix well. Blend this mixture well. Blend once again by adding 2-3 cups of water. Heat oil in a pan, then add curd-gram flour mixture and cook it. Let the curry boil on low flame.

First, cook the curry
Cut the okra till the curry starts boiling. Heat oil in another pan. After the oil is hot, fry the chopped okra and a little salt in it to make it crisp. After that take it out in a bowl and keep it aside.

Make the curry spicy by adding tadka
Heat desi ghee in a saucepan. Add cumin, dry red chili, and cinnamon to it. Then put the fried okra and this tadka in the curry. With the help of a spoon, mix the tadka and bhindi with the curry well. Now cover the pan and cook the curry for 7-8 minutes, then turn off the gas.
