Actually, till now the beneficiaries have received 14 installments of money under PM Kisan Yojana. Through DBT, money was sent to the bank accounts of more than 8 crore farmers. At the same time, now everyone is waiting for the 15th installment.
When can the 15th installment come?
Although no official date has been revealed yet for the 15th installment, if media reports are to be believed, this installment may be released in November. In such a situation, eligible farmers will get an installment of Rs 2 thousand.
The number of beneficiaries may decrease
At the same time, this time the number of beneficiaries under the scheme may reduced. The first reason behind this is people not getting e-KYC and land verification done. Those who do not get these works done as per the rules, their installments may get stuck and this time the number of such farmers is visible to be quite high.
Whereas, the second reason is to identify ineligible people and cancel their applications. The government has identified such people who, despite being ineligible, were taking benefits by joining the scheme. Notices are being sent to such people and recovery is also being made from them.
