Ingredients needed to make Bhelpuri
Puffed rice (partial) – 4 cups
Finely chopped onion – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped tomatoes – 1/2 cup (optional)
Boiled potatoes – 1
Green chutney – 1/2 cup
Dates-Tamarind Chutney – 3/4 cup
Chopped green chilli – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 and a half teaspoon
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Garlic Chutney – 2 tbsp
Green Coriander – 1/4 cup
Raw mango pieces – 1 tablespoon
Crushed Papdi – 1/2 cup
Sev – 1 cup
Fried masala chana dal – 1 tablespoon
Salt – as per taste

Recipe of BHEL Puri
To make Bhelpuri, first chop onion, tomato, green chilli and green coriander leaves finely. After this, cut the boiled potatoes into pieces. Now take puffed rice in a big bowl. After this, add chopped onion, potato, tomato, and green chilli in the bowl.
After this, add garlic chutney, green chutney and date-tamarind chutney and mix it well. Add chaat masala, lemon juice and salt as per taste.
After mixing everything well, add papdi, fried masala chana dal, raw mango pieces, sev, green coriander and serve it. After eating this, the hunger of your children as well as other family members will go away.
