If you also consume ghee purchased from the market, then know that there can be many types of adulteration. Adulterated ghee adds poor-quality oil, vegetable oil, melted butter, dalda, and hydrogenated oil, etc.

Step 1

If you also buy ghee from the market and bring home, first check whether the ghee you brought home is adulterated or real.
You can detect it with the help of salt
For this, first, you have to put two teaspoons of ghee in a pot

Step 2
After this, you have to add half a teaspoon of salt to the ghee
Also, add one or two drops of hydrochloric acid and then mix it
Now you will see that a mixture is ready

Step 3
Then you have to leave this prepared mixture for 20 minutes
After this, you have to see it and see that if the color of this mixture has changed, it means that this ghee is adulterated.
Therefore, consuming such ghee can be harmful to health.
