Necessary ingredients
Cabbage - 3
Maida - 2 cups
Kashmiri red chilli - 1 cup
Onion - 2-3 (finely chopped)
Green chilli - 2 (chopped)
Green chilli sauce - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Water - 2 cups
salt to taste
White vinegar - 1 tsp
oil - as per taste
Maize flour - 1 cup

Method Of Making:
First of all, mix corn flour and all-purpose flour in a bowl.
After this, prepare a solution by adding water slowly to it.
Now add Kashmiri red chilli to this mixture.
- Add chilli and prepare the solution well.
After this, wash the cabbage and cut it into big pieces.
- Mix chopped cabbage in the solution of maize flour.
- Pour oil into a pan and heat it.
After the oil is heated, fry the cabbage mixed in the batter till it turns brown.
After frying, take out the cabbage in a vessel.
After this, heat the oil again in a pan. Fry ginger and onion in oil.
Now add tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, salt and soya sauce and fry it well.
Add a little water and white vinegar to the mixture.
Let the mixture thicken a bit.
After this, add fried cabbage to it.
Mix the cabbage well in the mixture.
