Ingredients
two liters of milk
¼ cup lemon juice
a spoonful of flour
4 cups sugar syrup

Method :
First of all, take out the cream or cream from the milk and boil the milk once by keeping it on a low flame.

Now put lemon juice in it, turn off the gas and then keep it aside for some time.

When the milk curdles, drain its water and put it in a sieve, and leave it for four hours.

After a certain time, mash the paneer well and then make balls of flour or semolina in it.

Now boil water in a vessel and put the prepared paneer balls in it and cover it.


Let these balls remain in hot water for about 20 minutes and leave them to cool.

When the balls cool down, take out the water and put them in the sugar syrup.

Delicious rasgullas are ready. Let it cool and serve with saffron garnish.
