In response to an RTI, the Reserve Bank of India has said that all the employees of the bank cannot go for lunch together. They have to take lunch break one by one. Normal transactions should continue during this time.
In such a situation, if the bank employee stops or delays your work for hours in the name of lunch. In this situation, you can complain about it to the bank manager.
If even the bank manager does not listen to you. In such a situation, you can also complain to the nodal officer. Not only this, but you also have the option of complaining with the Reserve Bank of India, Ombudsman and Consumer Forum.
