Material :
3-4 ripe bananas
a cup of semolina
3 cups milk water mixture
a pinch of saffron
one teaspoon of cardamom powder
8-10 cashew nuts
8-10 raisins
4 tbsp ghee
a cup of sugar
Method :
First of all, peel the banana and mash it well in a vessel.
Now heat the desi ghee in a pan on medium heat and then add cashews and raisins and fry them.
When the cashews turn light brown, add semolina to them and roast them till it turns golden brown.
Now add the milk and water mixture in a bowl and mix saffron, cardamom powder, and sugar in it. Then add mashed bananas to it.
Now boil the milk-banana mixture in another utensil and then mix the roasted semolina in it.
Now cook this mixture till all the wetness of the banana dries up completely.
After cooking for 10-12 minutes, keep the gas off. Banana pudding is ready, garnish it with dry fruits and serve hot.
