Know eligibility before applying:-
If you are destitute or a tribal, if you come from a Scheduled Caste or Tribe, if you live in a rural area...
If your house is kutcha, if you are a daily wage laborer, if you are a landless person, or if there is a disabled member in your family, etc. then in such cases you are considered eligible for this scheme.
If eligible, then the method of application is:-
Step 1
If you are eligible under the Ayushman scheme, then you have to go to your nearest public service center to get an Ayushman card made.
Meet the concerned officer there and give your documents
Step 2
Then your documents will be verified and eligibility checked.
After this, when everything is found correct, the Ayushman card application is made for you.
Then within a few days, your Ayushman card is ready.
