Many types of beneficial and welfare schemes are currently running in our country. Through these schemes, people who are needy or come from the poor class are given benefits. The government directly provides financial help in many schemes. Whereas, in many schemes, subsidies or other benefits are given to the beneficiaries. For example, take the Ayushman Bharat scheme. This scheme is run by the Government of India and a large number of people are currently associated with it. In such a situation, if you also want to join this scheme, then you have to first get an Ayushman card made for this. This is the benefit of the scheme:-
Actually, under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, first, the Ayushman cards of the eligible people are made and after this, you can get your free treatment in the listed hospitals (those hospitals which are registered in this scheme) with this card. In the card, you are given a cover of up to Rs 5 lakh every year, that is, you can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh annually.
How to get Ayushman card:-
Step 1
If you also want that you too get the benefit of free treatment every year, then you must be eligible for the scheme.
If you are eligible, then you can apply for which you have to first go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra.
Step 2
By going to the center, you have to meet the concerned officer and tell them that you want to get an Ayushman card made
After this, they take the documents related to you and start the application process.
After this, the application is done and then in some time, you can download the Ayushman card.
These people are eligible for the scheme:-
People who work in the unorganized sector
People who live in rural areas
If a person is disabled or there is someone like that in his family
People who do daily wage labor
People who belong to a Scheduled Caste or Tribe
If someone is a tribal or is destitute then these people are eligible.
