Under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme, Ayushman cards are made for eligible people, after which the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospital.
You can check eligibility like this:-
Step 1
First of all, you have to check your eligibility, for which you have to visit the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in.
Then you have to click on the option of 'Am I Eligible' on the website.
After this, fill in the mobile number and login by filling in the OTP received on it.
Step 2
Now two options will appear in front of you, where in the first select your state.
Then enter your 10-digit mobile number and ration card number in the second option
After this, you will know whether you are eligible for the scheme or not.
This is the method of application:-
If you are eligible, you have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra and meet the concerned officer there.
Then your documents and eligibility will be checked and if everything is found correct, your Ayushman card will be made.
